A: All products conform to JWL/VIA standards and undergo rigorous impact, cornering fatigue, and radial fatigue tests. Our production facility is ISO/TS16949 and ISO14001 certified.
Q2: What is the typical delivery time for an order?
A: Production is usually finished within 45-50 days from the deposit date. If a new wheel mould is required, the lead time will take an additional 3-4 weeks.
Q3: What information is needed for a correct quotation?
A: We generally need to know the car model, wheel size, PCD, CB, ET (offset), desired color, and total order quantity.
Q4: Do you support OEM or ODM customization?
A: Yes, we accept OEM and ODM orders including custom logos, specific wheel designs, and specialized packaging requirements.
Q5: What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: For existing moulds, the MOQ is 80 pieces per size/fitment. For custom designs, we can discuss specific requirements. Two colors can be mixed within an order.
Q6: How are the wheels delivered to customers?
A: We work with reliable shipping agents to offer economic sea or air freight. You can choose to pick up from the nearest port or have them delivered to your shop.
