A: All products conform to JWL/VIA standards and undergo rigorous impact, cornering fatigue, and radial fatigue tests. Our facility is ISO/TS16949 and ISO14001 certified.
Q2: What is your typical delivery time?
A: Production is usually completed within 45-50 days from the deposit date. If a new wheel mould is required, the lead time may extend by 3-4 weeks.
Q3: What information is needed for a precise quotation?
A: Please provide the car model, wheel size, PCD, CB, ET (offset), preferred color, and order quantity.
Q4: Do you support OEM or ODM customized orders?
A: Yes, we accept OEM and ODM orders including custom logos, specific wheel designs, and personalized packaging.
Q5: What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: For existing moulds, the MOQ is 80 pieces per size/fitment (can mix 2 colors). For completely new custom designs, MOQ is negotiable.
Q6: How are the wheels shipped to international customers?
A: We work with reliable shipping agents to offer economic solutions via sea or air. You can choose delivery to the nearest port or directly to your shop.
