Established and put into production in 2013, this new machinery processing enterprise has passed ISO 9001 quality management system certification, IATF16949 quality management system certification, and Japan VIA laboratory certification successively.
The facility adopts the advanced automatic mechanical hand automatic casting production line in the wheel hub production industry. Currently, the production base features 32 low-pressure casting machines and 26 gravity casting machines with an annual production capacity of 7 million units. It is equipped with 85 precision CNC lathes, 41 precision CNC machining centers, and three domestic first-class coating production lines, capable of producing different surface treatments for aluminum alloy hubs.
High-standard testing equipment including Alon spectrometers, Hoffmann dynamic balancing machines, and Brooker spectrographs have been introduced to ensure strong market competitiveness. The product range includes electroplated and sprayed aluminum alloy wheels ranging from 12" to 26" in diameter, meeting international standards such as Germany TUV, Japan VIA, United States SFI, and Turkey TSE.
