Our cast aluminum wheels adopt the mainstream low-pressure casting process (flow forming optional), made of high-purity A356 aluminum-silicon alloy. Melted at 720-750℃ and filled under 0.02-0.05MPa gas pressure, they avoid defects like insufficient filling, air bubbles and shrinkage porosity. Post-forming, they undergo T6 heat treatment, high-precision CNC finishing and anti-corrosion spraying.
