Performance and longevity is the hallmark of a great wheel. We place a heavy emphasis on precision designing, precise engineering, and expert craftsmanship. Each order goes through Finite Element Analysis (FEA) testing to ensure the most optimal combination of lightweight, durability, and strength.
Load ratings range from 1,500 pounds for racing applications up to 3,500 pounds for light trucks and SUVs. Every forged wheel is produced from the very highest quality 6061 T6 alloy. The forging process uses high pressure and temperature to create a high-integrity multi-directional grain structure, resulting in "premium strength".
The raw forging is lathe-turned to maximize concavity. In this step, over 70% of the original material is removed to achieve ultimate weight reduction.
Mill cycles run through tool sets for up to 8 hours per wheel. After milling, each wheel undergoes hand filing, deburring, and buffing.
