Technical Superiority: Steel wheels are pulse welded for a seamless finish. We utilize a large cathode electrophoresis pickling phosphating coating line and electrostatic spraying for superior paint adhesion, corrosion resistance, and acid/alkali resistance.
Advanced Manufacturing: Our aluminum alloy wheel line features a 12,000-ton forging press and Swiss LEIFIELD spinning machines. Cutting accuracy is ensured by German MOSSNER equipment, while our integrated production line from Taiwan produces one wheel every 4 minutes. With ABB Robot integration, we maintain a daily capacity of 2,000 pieces.
